Love the Effaclar product line

I use the Effaclar product line and love the results. The Micro-exfoliant Astringent Lotion feels refreshing -- no stinging sensation. I use it year round; it is fine in the winter (not drying) and good for the rest of the year.

I have skipped using the astringent when I get into a lazy funk. I do notice a difference; it seems like the serum doesn't absorb as well.

I am in my early thirties with fair, oily skin and occasional breakouts. Here's my routine:

Pore reducing!

I have acne prone skin, and I don't know if it's the LHA or what but sometimes it makes me breakout a little bit. I think it's because it must be cleaning the impurities. What I wanted to make a note on is this product really reduced the size of my pores! Not that they were huge but they were a little bigger than I liked. Within a couple days, yes...a couple, the pores on my cheeks had reduced significantly. It was pretty amazing, I'm really happy about that. Now if only I could find a product that actually works on acne scars.

Pretty good

This product contains alcohol, so there's a stinging feeling when I put it on sometimes, but it's very refreshing and it feels pretty good
