This stuff really and truly works. It reduces germs, and the addition of the aloe does make my hands feel less dry.
By R. A. McDowell
I'm terminally ill, with a severely compromised immune system. I was getting colds from people out in public and keeping them for 6 weeks! My doctors recommended keeping this in every room, in my backpack, in the car, and carrying some everywhere I went. And then, to use it constantly. My rate of new infection fell by 30% almost instantly, because this stuff kills most germs. 99.9% of them I believe. (Just checked, it's actually 99.99%.) And it is advertised that it leaves behind no sticky residue, and that also is true. My hands always feel refreshed right after using this, and it has a nice clean, fresh smell to it as well.
Bottom line folks, this stuff does as it is advertised to do. It kills germs, keeps hands clean, and dries in seconds with no residue left behind. I now buy this item in bulk, from this very link, because I have to use it so much. I can honestly say that if I run out without reordering it, I will get sick or some form of infection again within days, because of my immune system. So if this stuff can help me, in that severe of a case, then imagine how much good it does the average every day family when it comes to staying healthy?
Thanks for your time folks.
Sincerely, R.A. McDowell

This MD loves it
By Lady MD
I work in urgent care. It is nearly impossible to avoid viral and bacterial infections. I wear gloves for all direct patient contact, but have gotten strep and scabies despite this. When you take the gloves off, there are still countertops and doorknobs where saliva- and snot- drenched little fingers have been.

Until now I have disliked gel sanitizers. I am in my 50's and live in AZ, so dry skin is already a pain-in-the-ass problem. The usual sanitizers dry me even more than soap and water do. Then, you get cracks around your fingernails, and the cracks get colonized with crap.

That all ended when I found a lonely little bottle of Purell with aloe at our clinic, left by one of our affiliates. There's not much you can do about airborne illnesses, but now I have back up when the gloves are off. And it's not made in China!

Sure feels good
By Walter Wright
I am never sure how much it helps to keep your hands clean, but it sure feels good to be doing something. We use this stuff all the time and are even more careful during flu season. We also get large refill bottles to fill these smaller bottles when empty. The larger supply bottles are easily obtained from your local warehouse store at a reasonable price. This stuff makes your hands smell funny for a few seconds until they dry but no big deal. We keep one in the car and various places around the house. This may not be a substitute for a good soap and water 20-30 second hand wash, but it is probably the next best thing. Also, very convenient.
A little expensive, but definitely recommended.
