Great cold weather foot cream

I recently ran into Heel Rescue Foot Cream at my local drug store and the price was so good, I couldn't pass it up. In the winter, my feet and heels tend to get very dry. The creams I have been using have worked well, but they are very heavy and greasy. I can't sleep in socks because my feet get too hot, so I could only apply the old creams in the daytime if I was going to wear shoes with socks.

Heel Rescue is much, much lighter and not at all greasy. It is a little waxy, but not so much that it is a problem. It absorbs quickly and doesn't transfer to my bed linens, so I can put it on every night. I've found it works best if I use a Dr. Scholl's Essentials Dual-Action Swedish File (Pack of 6) lightly on my heels before applying the cream. My feet look and feel great now, even in the winter.

The pump jar is very convenient. Much easier and less messy to use than a tube of cream. It also mentions on the jar that it works well on elbows and knees - and it really does! It has a very light fragrance that dissipates quickly.

If you are looking for an inexpensive, non-greasy solution to dry feet and heels, Heel Rescue is a good one to try.

Excellent product

I cannot believe how well Heel Rescue Foot Cream works (it has got to be good if I am bothering to write a review). I am a 61-year-old runner and my feet had become painfully cracked. I purchased Heel Rescue not really believing it would help. After just a few days, it had reversed years of "foot abuse" - the cracks are gone and so are most of the callouses, and the skin of my feet is smooth again. This is a miracle product. I cannot recommend it highly enough. One of the reviewers complained about residue - just use a little less and keep rubbing until it is absorbed, or rub any excess on your elbows. It does need to be rubbed in, but I can't see this as a problem. The results are well worth the trivial effort.

Works Great on Dry Feet

I love this stuff. It keeps my feet from completely drying out and cracking. It works best immediately after taking a bath or shower.
