Regrettably pleased

I originally purchased this to use on my face at night to help my complexion but because I am prone to breakouts the inevitable happened so I started adding it to my skin care products. That worked wonderfully so I reordered and was dismayed to find that the oil I received the second time around was significantly lighter in color from the amber colored oil I'd fallen for. It is now a light gold. Also it was much thinner than before. I suspect more olive oil is used now. Too bad because it was amazing quality for the price. Still a quality product but I only wish I would have ordered more the first time around.

Fake and mixed with olive oil

I bought this because I thought it was 100% pure, natural, undiluted, the real deal. It's not.

The label reads "Tocopherol (100% Natural Vitamin E Oil) (soy) and Olea Europaea (Olive) Oil (Extra Virgin).

I later discovered, thanks to researching for hours, that you need to be sure which type of tocopherol it is, and notice how this one doesn't say. D-Apha Tocopherol is the authentic, pure oil. DL is not. The L makes all the difference. You want D PURE STUFF.

Save your money. Go find the brand Nature's Bounty 100% Natural E-400iu Pure d-Alpha 120 softgels. It comes in a big, green bottle and you'll have to poke each pill with a needle for topical usage, or take them interally, or both. The bottle is about $20 USD.

Remember, true vitamin E is not clear. It's yellow and quite thick.

The real thing

This vitamin E oil is natural (d alpha tocopherol acetate) and pure. I got it to assist in wound healing post surgery, and am pleased to have found this excellent product.
