reformulation not working

My wife successfully used this product for years for relief of cracks on her feet, and found it worked great on hand cracks also. The newest tubes she used no longer work at all. (I called the company and they said the product has recently been reformulated and that they are currently taking complaints/comments.) If you've used this balm in the past, it may no longer work for you (the new formula has a red triangle on the upper left of the box front).

Fantastic product, does what it says, healed my heels!

This is the only crème that healed my cracked and bleeding heels. I started by soaking my feet each night, then gently using pumice stone, coating with Heel Balm and putting on socks. After two weeks my heels were smooth and without cracks. It has a 25% concentration of synthetic urea, which seems to be the key to its success. It does sting a little when your heels are cracked, but within a couple of weeks they will be healed (heeled, hah!) and it will no longer sting. I now use every other night at bedtime to maintain my smooth feet. Wearing socks over the crème also helps. It is fairly thick crème.

My son also uses it sparingly on his dry knuckles for eczema at bedtime. It is too thick to use during the day, but it does help his hands when he uses it at night.

Best Diabetic Footcream out there!!!!

I ordered Flexitol off this site bc my local Walmart stopped carrying it. I tried 3 other brands but nothing compared to Flexitol. I recommend it to anyone who asks. You will LOVE this stuff, especially if you're diabetic & need to take good care of your feet.
