Excellent rack, with minor quriks

This is a very good rack system - as of this writing, I've owed two for about 7 years, and recently bought a third. I like their capacity, and their cap-forward space efficiency, and that they can hung side by side or one atop the other.
MINOR NITS & TIPS:
* BOTTLE SIZE: Because the bottles that come with it are slightly shorter than full size, they often can't accept an entire refill from a supermarket bottle, resulting in a drawer full of partial leftovers.
* CLEANING: Take a tip from someone who's owned a pair of these for a while - resist the urge to mount them too close to your stove. Instead, mount them near your prep areas instead, and preferrably even further away from the stove than that. Why ? Because they collect airborne grease and oil. At least once a month I had to laboriously clean the exterior of all the bottles and the rack, to stay on top of the tacky/hazy buildup.
* DESIGN: I wish, in addition to the feet `nubs' this unit already has, that the backside of the unit had spacer nubs as well. Why ? Well, after being on my kitchen wall (drywall covered w/semi-gloss paint) for 7 years, when I went to move, I discovered that their smooth backsides had become stuck to the painted wall ... I had to pry them off with a long blade spatula, and they still came away with large chunks of paint (which I then had to scrape off with a razor scraper and a scouring pad). Another improvement would be if the manufacturer also included clear lexan dust covers for the sides (which are open and thus let in airborne dirt and grease).
* RACK SIZE: I wish the company made racks larger than 20. It'd also be nice of they'd come up with a modular & expandable version that could lay down in a drawer - that'd also help with the cleaning problem mentioned above.
Despite these nits, this is still a very good rack system - well above average. Recommended.

Pretty good, but...

Update to previous review:
I emailed the company requesting a replacement for the warped bottle. They responded within a few days and shipped a replacement within a week. Replacement is totally fine. Completely satisfied w/ product and seller.
Overall it's pretty good. Looks great, easy to mount on wall, easy to fill, functional, etc. However, two things to note:
1. One of the 12 bottles is warped. It's slightly oval shaped, so it won't fit into the rack's hole. Let's see how miserable it is to get them to send one replacement bottle (as I didn't realize this flaw until I was done filling all of the other bottles and have zero desire to empty, repack, replace and ship back the entire item). Wish me luck.
2. The labels are not meticulously printed, so some are a little off center. Not a big deal for the average person, but I have an OCD sister in law for whom this would be maddening. Just a heads up.

kinda 80s, but as minimalist and functional as possible

what else are you gonna do with your spices - lose them in the cupboard?
there are LOTS of uglier designs than this - you could do worse.
good points are it works as a countertop freestanding model, and also wall mounted - I bought three (yes, 36 spices) and have not regretted it.
get a silver sharpie and write right on the cap for a spiffy functional look.
