Great so far

I've looked at a lot of eye masks on amazon, and despite how similar the masks seem, the reviews seem mixed. The most common problems seem to be the fit, and the durability of the mask. As of now (4 days of owning the product) the mask has been great.

The mask needs to be in the freezer for 30 minutes, or in the fridge for 1 hour before use. The mask stays cold for quite a while if you cool it for the recommended time. I've gotten around 30-40 minutes of use before I take it off, and it is usually still cold.
So far, the mask seems to hold together quite well. I don't expect to have any problems with it. IF it happens to break, I will update my review.

The fit is fine for me. As one reviewer stated, it touches the cheeks and eyebrows. This is not at all an issue, because the cold still invades your eye sockets and clears up all of my eye puffiness. The velcro strap is simple, and overall, the mask is pretty comfortable. I will definitely purchase another one if the need arises

Not so good

I paid $12 bucks for one ea here at Amazon. It doesn't cover my eye lids (uper and lower where the puffiness is), it covers eye brows and my cheeks which has no use for it. The eye opening is too big. It seems to be done that way to look good rather than practical use. Hot and cold doesn't last 10 min longer than others. It last as long as a cold/hot towel would last.

two of the items broke

I ordered these masks since I use the hot/ cold gel masks frequently for sinus headaches. On the back of the package it stated it could be put in the fridge or freezer for 30 minutes. I put 2 of them in the freezer and after putting them on my face, they both split at the bottom and the gel beads fell out all over me and the bed.

I contacted the seller and they said it could not be placed in the freezer. This is not what it stated on the back of the package.

I think I should get a refund, but can not get a response from the seller which was Global Depot.
