I'm a big fan of Chapstick. It's inexpensive and keeps the lips hydrated & chap-free. My criteria for the best Chapstick is: clear or white (no bright pinks or reds), tastes good (because who doesn't lick their lips from time to time), can be used as a base for lipstick, and hydrates. The White Hot Cocoa delivers on all my criteria. The flavor is great and I'm sad it was only a seasonal Chapstick in stores, but luckily I can get it on Amazon.

SMELLS HEAVENLY BUT....

It tasted like wax. The reason I dont like the ChapStick brand is because they taste like wax but lately they have stepped up their game and added flavor. I heard so much about this one I had to try it but though it smelled divine it didnt taste like anything but wax.
