I can't believe this works for KP!

I was so skeptical about purchasing this product. I mean, in my mind a lotion that costs this much money shouldn't have had ANY mixed reviews. I wrestled for weeks over purchasing this product, but I couldn't be happier. I don't typically leave long reviews either, but this lotion warrants it.

I've been using it for about two weeks and my left arm is completely KP free. It's still a little discolored, darker in some areas and lighter in others - but the red and the bumps are GONE. My skin feels smooth for the first time since I was a child. A lot of people said this made their skin feel unbelievably soft so they use it on their whole body and not just for KP, but unfortunately I find that my Olay Quench lotion makes my skin feel much much better, so I only use the Glytone on the KP on my arms. You do not have to purchase the body wash, the lotion itself will do the trick (and you'll save money!). It did burn the first few times I used it and my arms are red for a little while after use, but the results are amazing.

In general over the past few weeks with the help of this product, I have gotten my KP completely under control. I recommend that anyone struggling with KP follow this regiment: scrub it with body wash and a loofa in the shower and then clean it with a general deep cleaning facewash (I use Neutrogena Redness Reduction Deep Cleanser), then before I get out of the shower I use Olay Quench IN SHOWER Body Lotion (this part is key and also makes your skin look and feel amazing - but I don't recommend it for guys as it does contain sparkles of a sort). Then I put the Glytone on after my skin dries and then again when I get up in the morning. Following this regiment I was able to completely eliminate the KP that i've had for 11 years in just under TWO WEEKS.

It doesn't have an odor and my skin is soft and silky like a baby bottom -- really! I would give this 10 stars -- it's great!

Note -- it does have a high acid content so you don't want to put this on skin that is broken -- it will burn -- not literally but you will have that sting like a lemon on broken skin.

My skin was actually cracking because it was so dry in the winter. I went to the dermatologist and she prescribed AmLactin XL -- you do not need a prescription for that - it helped but I still had the cracked skin. I did some homework on my own and tried the glytone -- it worked! I went to a different dermatologist and told them what I was doing, asked if they had any other suggestion and they said -- glytone was what they recommend and also Amlactin XL. The second doctor I went to is actually listed in Top Doctors Magazine and it took me 3 months to get an appointment -- I figured if he says it is good -- it's good.

It only takes a little bit to massage into your skin -- best after a shower. It absorbs in well but you want to use just a small amount to keep from being sticky after. I saw results within about 3 weeks. The dermatologist said it takes about 2 weeks for it to work.

I will continue to buy this product and from this vendor at Amazon. It came in a few days and I am very happy with the results.

deep dark spot remover

I start using Glytone Texturize Body Lotion about 6 months ago had real bad deep dark area on legs and thighs the acid in this lotion is bringing them back to the original color, the dark area was left on the skin from having eczema in the year of 2000 I tried buying products from t.v. many products from drug store that mentioned the word fade cream or discoloration this lotion has rewarded me of what i want and i am very impressed i can now wear the clothes that show your legs and not pants all the time so the dark area would not be seen. If you have dark area on the body you would love to get rid of as i did i advice you to try this one be satisfied with the product i certainly am, your skin will experience redness, and shedding skin, so newer layer of skin will appear, so don't be amazed, after all it all worked for your good.
