Not bad

I've had this device for about four months now.
Acne: I do not feel this device prevents acne but it is a good treatment. I use it for spot treatment and by the next day I could tell the difference. It seems that the device sort of cauterizes the pimple without leaving a scar. If it is a pimple deep under the skin, it dries it up shrinking it. For a pimple with a head, after thoroughly washing my face, I zap it for a few seconds to a minute and it dries the pimple up.

Scalp: I had this really bad dandruff/psoriasis around my hair line that did not respond to shampoos or topical steroid. I started using this device all over my scalp everyday for a week then just once or twice a week after that. The flakiness is gone. I did not switch hair products or my normal hair routine.

Wrinkles: I don't really have any, but I thought I would test it on the crease on my forehead. After using it 3-4 times a week I have not notices any difference.

Pores: I have notices a small difference around the bridge of my nose. It does have to be used regularly to notice this small difference.

Overall I would recommend this product for acne treatment. So much so, I bought one for my mother. I purchased her the same device with the four attachments instead of the eight because the extra four attachments were not necessary.

WARNING!
-I have medium African American skin and had no problems. My Irish American friend who does have sensitive skin used it on a pimple and the area became more red and inflamed so I would not recommend it if you know you have sensitive skin.
-Don't use it around an iPhone or iPad. The static it generated made my iPhone go berserk and deleted my old text messages.

D'arsonval device just like at my esthetician's office

This is high quality product. It works, feels, and even "smells" the same way as the D'arsonval device used by my esthetician back in Europe. Comes in two plastic cases: one contains all the electrodes, the other holds the device and has additional electrode compartments. Good for storage and for traveling.
I have used it for over a month now. It definitely tones the skin and helps the products absorb deeper. My pores are smaller and my acne has much diminished. I put my Zeno aside, and use this instead on any sudden breakouts. Does not burn, like Zeno does, and works in more ways since it heats and creates antibacterial ozone. I would recommend it in a heartbeat.

Super high quality unit! Works great on acne and cold sore outbreaks. The first device like this we purchased was the "Derma Wand". It was total junk. This device is 100 times better! We love it!!
